- Group photos will be taken on May 1st and 2nd, as scheduled by the studio. Group prints can be purchased individually by filling out a paper form. Cash or check will be accepted for group prints. All dancers, regardless of whether or not you are planning to purchase, should plan to attend the group photo sessions.
- Individual solo portraits will be taken on May 6th, by appointment only. These pictures are not required, and should only be scheduled if you plan to purchase the photos. There is a $30 non-refundable retainer per dancer to hold your appointment time(s), which will be returned as a credit to use towards your 2023 photo purchase. Your credit can be used towards both print and digital images. You are welcome to have your dancer photographed in any or all costumes on this day. Purchases for the resulting individual portraits will be made online.

The link below will take you to the scheduling request form. We will schedule five minutes per costume for individual portraits. Dancers will alternate changing costumes and being photographed, and there may be short wait periods between costumes. Please only schedule an appointment if you plan to purchase photos.
