I couldn’t have had a more perfect day with Amanda and Chuck. From the minute I spoke with them last year, I knew we were in for a super relaxed and fun day together. From the insane amount of laughs and smiles, to the genuine emotion and tears, their day did not disappoint.
When I arrived at Fallen Tree Farm, in Carlisle, I was immediately blown away by their stunning ceremony site, which was surrounded by greenery and beautiful old stone walls. Every where you look at this venue there is history and character. We had no shortage of beautiful locations for photos. But, a wedding day isn’t about the scenery, it’s about two people committing their lives to each other, and promising to take care of one another. I think I speak for everyone present, that there was no shortage of love, commitment, excitement, and joy between these two.
As I went back and began looking through the photos from the day, what stands out to me the most, is the pure joy on both Chuck and Amanda’s faces. They never stopped smiling and laughing. From their intimate ceremony, to their first dance, their fathers’ speeches, and their awesome blue icing cupcake cutting, we had a lot of laughs and tears throughout the evening. I so enjoyed getting to know these two, and finding all of the crazy ways our lives are connected (welcome to a small town!). It was an honor to be a part of their wedding day, and I wish them all the best, as they continue their lives together as husband and wife.
